**GrimX2R App - Digital Product Website Terms & Conditions**

By purchasing products on the GrimX2R App, you (the Buyer) agree to abide by the following rules and policies:

1. **All Sales Are Final**

All purchases made through the GrimX2R App are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.

2. **Referral Policy**

If you were referred by a vendor, you are required to shop only through the designated vendor (referred vendor). Any attempt to purchase from another vendor outside of the referred network will result in the forfeiture of your payment and immediate termination of access to the GrimX2R App and its services.

3. **Proof of Payment**

Buyers must submit proof of payment within 30 minutes of sending funds for a purchase. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the funds, and access to the purchased products may be revoked without notice.

4. **No Reselling Without Vendor License**

Reselling of any purchased products is strictly prohibited unless you have a valid vendor license. Any user found reselling without proper authorization will face immediate access termination and potential legal action.

5. **Agreement to Terms of Sale**

By purchasing any product on the GrimX2R App, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of sale prior to completing any transaction.
